3C Site Health.
The verdict and its reasons.
Compliance, Cost, Completion. Graicx scores every site against the three questions that actually decide operational health, and shows the drivers, ranked, with what to do first. Because counting work orders isn't the same as knowing a site is healthy.
Are we meeting our obligations?
Statutory maintenance, inspections, evidence and SLAs, measured continuously against what is actually required for your assets and jurisdiction, never assumed from a spreadsheet. When compliance slips, it is the first thing the verdict says, and the first thing in the action queue.
Statutory maintenance on time
Planned statutory work is tracked to its due date: completed, evidenced and on time, or surfaced before it lapses.
Evidence in date
Certificates and evidence carry expiry; anything expired, rejected or missing pulls the score down until it is fixed.
SLA performance
Response and resolution commitments are measured on every job that carries them.
Escalation before breach
A slipping obligation finds a manager while it is still recoverable, not in next quarter’s audit.
Is the site running efficiently?
A site can be fully compliant and still expensive. Graicx reads what it costs to keep each site running: labour and materials captured at the job, and the balance of planned work against reactive callouts, so you can see where money is going into firefighting instead of into the plan.
Cost captured at the job
Labour and materials recorded on the work order itself, at the point of work, rather than reconciled from invoices a month later.
Planned against reactive
The mix of planned maintenance to reactive callouts, the clearest signal of whether a site is being run to plan or firefought.
Repeat visits surfaced
Work that keeps coming back to the same asset is visible as a pattern, not buried as separate jobs.
Duplicates resolved
Suspected duplicate requests are surfaced and merged, so effort and spend are not double-counted.
Did we finish what we started?
Mobilisation, surveys, setup and closeouts: finished, and proven with evidence. Completeness is the trajectory question: a site can be compliant today and still drifting toward trouble because nothing quite gets finished.
Setup and surveys done
Mobilisation and data-collection work tracked to completion. A site still setting up is measured on progress, not judged on compliance.
Statutory duties deployed
Every applicable requirement has actually materialised into scheduled work, not just been acknowledged.
Closeouts with evidence
Finished work carries the photos and documents that prove it was done.
A backlog that moves
Aged open work is a completeness problem long before it becomes a compliance one.
Common
questions.
What is 3C Site Health?
The three Cs are Compliance, Cost and Completion: the three dimensions that decide whether a site is operationally healthy. Compliance asks whether we are meeting our required obligations. Cost asks whether the site is being maintained efficiently, or whether spend is drifting away from plan. Completion asks whether operations are running to plan, with the evidence to prove it. Graicx scores every site on all three and combines them into one health verdict.
How is site health calculated?
Each C is scored from a weighted model of continuously-measured checks across statutory, cost and delivery signals. The exact model is ours, but the judgment is never a black box for you: every score opens to the exact records behind it, so an auditor, or a sceptical director, can see the evidence rather than take a number on faith.
Is this just another dashboard?
No, it is a judgment, not a chart. Dashboards count work orders; Graicx tells you whether the site is actually healthy, which of the three Cs is driving the risk, and what to do first, as a ranked queue of actions, each linked to the work itself.
Which statuses can a site have?
Healthy, At risk, Critical, Needs review (the data cannot be trusted yet), or Setting up (the site is still mobilising, so it is measured on setup progress rather than judged on compliance). The status always comes with a plain-English explanation of why, and the drivers behind it.
